Questions about how it works, a campaign you are thinking about, or whether any of this suits your organisation — all fine here. Tell us what you are planning and we will tell you honestly whether Give-Kit fits it, and if it does not, what we would do in your position.

It is an email address, not a ticketing system. A person reads it and replies to you.
What is worth putting in it
None of this is required — “is this any use to us?” is a perfectly good message. But these are the things we would otherwise write back to ask:
- Who you are and what you do. The work is what the campaign counts in, so it changes what the pages and signs say.
- What the campaign would be, and roughly when. An end-of-year drive, a spring push, something tied to an event.
- Who the participants would be — local businesses, troops, teams, classrooms, families — and roughly how many. Five and fifty are different campaigns.
- Whether you are collecting donations or selling something. Both fit the same machinery, but a sale is the newer of the two for us and we would rather hear about it early than be surprised by it.
- What a dollar buys in your work, if you know — meals, backpacks, training hours, nights of camp, nights of shelter. It is the single most useful thing you can tell us.
- Whether you already use Zeffy, or something else, or nothing yet.
What happens to your message
It arrives as email and is handled as email: read by a person, kept in a mailbox while the conversation is live, and deleted when it is not. It is not added to a mailing list, it is not shared with anybody, and there is nothing to unsubscribe from because you were never subscribed. The privacy policy says the same thing in more detail.
